Specially optimized for complex grinding conditions using standard robots, the robot only needs to execute along the radial trajectory, with automatic axial floating execution, improving the robot’s service life and trajectory accuracy. Applicable to multi-process surface treatment processes: brushing, polishing, cleaning, deburring, etc.

Advantages for deburring processing:

  1. Axial floating, with a stroke of 0-35mm for large curved surfaces and workpieces with many R corners.
  2. Low-friction spline bearing for floating ring, with a maximum output of 100N.
  3. Floating flexible contact, allows contact and working force to be adjusted at any time, completing the entire process grinding in one contact.
